Flats

This is a complete desktop theme for Footrot Flats. It contains several icons, startup/shutdown screens, system sounds, and a desktop picture.

It also includes a screensaver which is available as a separate download. It was made for Windows 95 but should work fine in more recent versions such as 98 and XP.
